AI Use Standard is sold by Olsen Digital Media Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong. Contact us using our contact form or at contact@aiusestandard.com.

Your purchase

The course costs US$399, paid once. It includes seven video lessons, practical exercises, a downloadable cheat sheet, one exam attempt and a certificate when you pass. The checkout shows the total before you pay. An optional two-hour live Q&A session costs an additional US$99, also paid once; there are no recurring charges.

Delivery and access

After successful payment, we email a secure link to set up your course account. You receive lifetime access to the course version purchased. Future versions may be sold separately. Access is personal to you; please do not share your login, redistribute the material or resell it.

Exam and live Q&A

Complete all seven videos to unlock your included exam attempt. The exam allows 60 minutes for 50 questions and requires 80% to pass. Extra attempts cost US$49 each. If you buy the optional live Q&A, the joining link is emailed before your session, and a recording is available afterward.

Refunds

Your refund is one email away. Ask for a refund and we’ll refund you in full, with no fees or hidden conditions. You may share feedback if you wish. See our refund policy. When a course purchase is refunded, access to that purchase ends.

Learning outcomes

The course is educational. Your results depend on how you apply the material. We do not promise employment, income or particular business results.

Your information and rights

Our privacy policy explains how we use your information. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that apply to you. Changes to these terms will not reduce the benefits of an existing purchase.
