Information we use

We use your name, email address, purchase record and course progress to provide access, deliver emails, administer the exam and issue your certificate. If you contact us, we use your message and reply details to respond. Passwords are stored as protected hashes.

Payments and service providers

Stripe securely processes payments and collects the payment and billing information it needs. We do not store full card details. We use hosting, database, storage and email providers to operate the course. These services may process information outside your country.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect your account. Where enabled, Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn tags measure visits, checkout starts and verified purchases and help measure advertising. Campaign details may be retained in your browser for up to 30 days. Tracking providers may use cookies or similar technologies according to your settings and their policies. Browser privacy settings and blocking tools can limit this tracking.

Retention and choices

We retain account, purchase and course records to provide access and maintain business records. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to exercise rights available under applicable law. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.

Checkout reminders

If you start checkout without finishing, we may email one reminder with a link to resume. Each reminder includes an unsubscribe link. Purchase and account emails are used to deliver the service you buy.
